[Q] Sound Pitched Too High in Video topic

I've noticed that on my SHIELD tablet the sound is pitched much higher than it should be in certain apps, usually ones that involve video. This is true in Google Play Movies and also in games like Attack the Light. Voices come out as bizarre and squeaky.

The sound is pitched up even if I play the sound over an external Bluetooth speaker.

Does anyone have an idea of what could cause this or what might fix it?
