Mediapad M1 S8-301L firmware install on S8-301U. Plz give clear instructions to US topic

Huawei not released Mediapad M1 S8-301U firmware yet & they will not going to do it surely. I have found some interesting topic on Russian PDA.RU forum. I can't figure out exactly how to do that, i can understand few not everything because "GOOGLE translate not that accurate" that page on completely in Russian. Here is the LINK Complete credits to author name call DIGINS. ( Use chrome to automatic translation )
MediaPad M1 with Android 4.2 is so much lagging , Therefore this will be so much valuable to Medaipad M1 S8-301U users to upgrade their system to KITKAT 4.4 if really possible if there are no much issues with it.
So much appreciate if someone can test it (posted by DIGINS) or can any one give us clear instructions to how to install M1 S8-301L firmware ( s8-301l_v100r002c100b103 ) on Mdiapad S8-301U .
