Need Help Changing Boot Logo and Boot Video for my MXQ box topic

hey guys im new here and just getting started in the scene, i HATE the logo and bootvideo that my MXq loads up and i want to see if anyone can change the boot logo and video to something I already have, i have tried Factorytool 4.0 but it cant seem to load the IMG file so Im stuck. id be willing to pay like for someone to help me out
