Video problems with 5.1 topic

Hello everybody.
From the last update (but sometimes also in 5.0.1), my nexus 4 don't load videos (on YouTube , chrome or other video players).
In the google android help forum I found others who have the same problem...
How to solve?
Something new in development services?
