I have a VZ Galaxy Note 3. My screen is cracked and need to get an insurance replacement.
I would like to back up the internal storage. I think this is /storage/emulated/0 or /storage/sdcard0.

When I connect my phone to my PC using USB, a new drives appears on my Windows PC, but no files are in it.

So, how do I backup/copy these files? My Google-fu is failing me! :)
