can't connect to flash mode topic

windowns 7 not detecting my devices in flash mode but detecting in uknows devices, the LED change to green on my phone but not thing happen i don't know what happen cuz i never see face with this before any one can help me pls :crying:
P/s: flashboot mode detected, pc can conecting my XMS, PCC detected but don't know what my devices name, its just show that Xperia :crying::crying:
