MTK6572 - Can't flash after flashing with wrong ROM topic

Flashed ZTE BLADE Q MINI with an HUAWEI Y330-U01 ROM (both MT6572) using SP-Flash-Tool – was experimenting, lol.

Now can’t see anything on the screen although can hear Huawei boot sound, also needs the battery inside for SP Tool recognise it – use to be without battery…..
Tried several times with different SP-Flash-Tool versions, but no success (still got the original backups). Get error S_BROM_DOWNLOAD_DA_FAIL (2004) or S_SECURITY_SF_CODE_DOWNLOAD FORBIDDEN. Screenshot attached.

Any help would be much appreciated
