[Q] Is it possible to have a file download on internal storage and external? topic

So I want to download a 35gb file from my phone... Well the problem is, my phone has 22gb available, but my SD card is full at 29.71gb . Is it possible for a downloading file to overlap from phone storage and finish the rest onto Sd storage ?<---You might think im foolish for wanting to take up all my space for just a file, but the truth is what i do is download files and copy onto my laptop then delete it from my phone, and the reason i do that is due to the fact that i dont have internet for my laptop, so i use my T-Mobile LTE unlimited internet from my phone .....
I'm rooted by the way, if that helps or changes anything, hope you can help, I'd be very thankful.
