[Q] OnePlus One unable to transfer files from PC to Internal Storage topic

While trying to move from OxygenOS on my OPO, to CM12S I wiped the memory using TWRP & after that tried to move files to the phone for flashing the CM ROM, but was unable to as the message read-

"The device has either stopped responding or has been disconnected"

I don't know what exactly went wrong, but I can't add any files or download from the browser (even images/music). Please help!!!
