My phone is currently an AT&T HTC one m7, running sense 6.0 on lollipop 5.0.2. Can I still root this phone? If possible, what is the best way to do it? Thank you.

I use Asus Zenfone 5 sincesince almost one year, and I really love it. But since I tried to charge it with the unknown charger I found in the rented car (phone went off right after), the LED indicator keeps lighting and phone acts like it's on charge, whenever it's plugged or not. Do you have any idea how to make it work normally? It's kinda annoying.
The phone is rooted. Recently I replace the screen by myself, cause I broke it. I cleaned the MicroUSB port with a toothpick, didn't help.

[Q] Google Service Framework doesn't start at boot!, even after flashing new ROM. topic
TL;DR : Google Service framework won't start on-boot even after a factory reset and after flashing new ROM, and it only starts on installing a new package(app) for a brief of time then closes again.

Lately i found that Google Service framework was acting strange, i noticed that i get none GCM notification at all, and that it's service isn't active although Google Play service was active, i've no Services disabled nor any app is disabled or uninstalled.
but i also noticed something more strange, The Google Service Framework ONLY starts and becomes active when i install a new package(app), after that i receive my notification normally, but it closes after some hours again and i lose the notifications.
on rebooting the Google Service Framework won't start or becomes active until i install a new package(app), I've checked the the Receivers and enabled each one even those who were disabled by default.
i decided to do a factory reset, ... nothing worked.
i flashed a new ROM (stock ROM that i used to flash and i used it before alot) and wiped the cache, etc...
Surprisingly the problem was still the SAME !, what is the problem ? the Device is like a brand-new one.
i didn't install a single application except for the GCM tester.
i don't know what else can i fix to have it work probably.
Any ideas ?

[Q] Apps can't delete, even if i'm root. topic
Now, thanks to a tutorial from here, i have my HTC 510 rooted, but after using several apps to uninstall the system apps, non of them works, of course the app deletes and got some space, but after restart (or after my phone auto-restart) the apps come again with the deleted apps and my internal memory full again. Please help! :(

my XZR's bravia engine is not working ...i restored the TA backup then also its not working......i restored many times ....
i did the backup while using kitkat 4.4.4 and now i flashed my phone to 4.4.4 kitkat and restored the TA backup....the bootloader unlocks also in configuration Roting status is bootloader unlock allowed : yes after restoring TA bakcup.....
whats the problem plz help me?????

Screen Brightness So Dim Even On Full Brightness topic
Not sure if its me trying to adjust to the S6 Edge screen coming from a HTC One M7 or what but boy why is the screen brightness bad on the S6 Edge? Thought Samsung got better with these screens, I compared my S6 Edge with my mom's S5 and her phone was noticeably brighter, how?! Also, I saw reviews saying that under direct sunlight, the screen brightness can go pretty high and I tested it putting a flash light onto the sensor and wow did it make a difference, why can't we have that high of a brightness on this beautiful phone all the time?! :( sorry if this offends some people, just very disappointed with the brightness on this phone ugh.

This is the third phone S820 I order. The other two phones had no problems but this one came losing coverage. I read about that problem in this forum and I saw I have to change modems.
On the working phones software was v1 1347 and modem v51. On the non working phone is 2347 and v50 modem.
So I started changing - I tried v52, v12, v51, v 102 modems - some were better, some not but problem persisted - network signal changes a lot especially when I enter an elevator or bathroom and sometimes even drops down to 0 and I have no network signal.
After that I tried flashing roms - I flashed 1347 version from needrom (with a lot of chinese apps... but nevermind) and put v51 modem hoping it will be ok - No, still losing coverage and drops down completely in elevators etc ..
I tried vibe 2.0 - same..
I wonder if it is hardware problem and if you can guide me fixing it? Is it possible to be the antenna? Where it is located? I saw a video that had a wire in the left of the phone but I think this is for Wifi and I think the antenna for network signal is another?
I heard that you can put a little paper on the antenna for the signal and it will work better ?
Please give me some advice, I'm desperate. THank you!:)

Nexus 5 showing pixels all over the screen even after resetting it topic

I am facing display issues in nexus 5. Display is showing pixels all over the screen and there is no image at all.
Sometimes, when i press power button multiple times, the home screen does appear but it does not work at all times (may be 1 out of 20 times or even less). So I am not able to use the phone currently and am waiting to get it resolved.
i visited some IT repair shops and the repair guys without even having a full look at my problem, they simply say that i need to get display replaced. Although a few of repair guys told me that its only some software issue. So am now confused what to do.
There is no physical damage of any sort. HOwever, a few days back before i started to face the display issue, it did fall from a chairs height as it slipped from my hand but it fell on its back and also had spigen slim armor backcover on. So i dont think that could have caused any damage. Also, before i started getting the problem, i had also upgraded to 5.1. I tried to do factory reset, wiping cache but that didnt work. Please can you help me as i need urgent help as to what the issue could be - could it be a software or some minor hardware issue. your urgent reply is highly appreciated.

Wifi always on, even when off in every setting topic
heres a silly qiestion.. how many of you arel seeing wifi always on even though you have scanning always enabled turned off in wifi settings? i noticed this last night, and thought that its unusual. i did get mine to finally turn off, but i had to delete nfc from my phone.

[Q] Stuck in bootloop even after flashing back to stock topic
Hey everyone,
I've been tearing out my hair for the past 34 hours (with the exception of sleeping). I restarted my phone yesterday and it got stuck in the boot animation, for hours.
I have never unlocked my bootloader, or flashed any custom rom on this phone, so I was really shocked when this happened. So I took to these forums, because lurking here usually solves all my issues (thanks awesome people), and flashed the stock image as recommended-> bootloop -> factory reset in recovery mode -> bootloop-> repeated this all night and today with multiple flashing methods, no dice.
I was wondering if I was out of luck, seeing as though my phone just randomly did this to itself, without prior tampering, or if there was something I could try doing. I haven't tried any custom recoveries as I don't really know how that would help me if I am willing to flash back to stock and lose all my data.
I am able to boot into fastboot mode and go to recovery mode, so this indicates to me that my hardware is fine, unless I am wrong

Can i still get the Android L ota update even though rooted and no custom recovery? topic
-I am rooted via stumproot bruteforced
-my device is LGVS980 (LGG2)
-no custom recovery
-no system files modified
-thinking about getting android L, but last time i did this was on the same model but that time i had twrp installed and it softbricked my phone and i couldnt get the nandroid backup to work. I just need help.

and When I Try to unlock it via Flashtool and I Enter The Unlock code i get via Sony's Official Website After Entering My IMEI
