[Q] All apps turned off after battery saving mode topic

SOCIALIZE IT ⇨

Hey guys,

Something weird happened to my phone and I couldn't find any mentioning for it online, maybe you will know.
After using Samsung's battery saver mode, where only some apps are active - all of the apps stayed turned off even when the I switched off the battery saver mode.
No matter what I did I wasn't able to switch all apps back on. (screenshot attached)
Any ideas what to do?

It's Samsung Galaxy s5 Android 5.0 TouchWiz not rooted.
