No Download mode for rooted stock D802 topic
Hi, everyone, I need some help here.
I am trying to update my 4.4.2 to lollipop using this: androidorigin.com/android-5-0-2-lollipop-update-lg-g2 with kdz file.
I have rooted a while ago my stock firmware, left with stock recovery and everything else, just rooted it.
Now, I can't enter download mode to use LG flash tool. Tried to hold the UP button then connect the USB, and nothing happens. D80220h.
What options do I have here? I want to get lollipop, but I don't want to brick my phone here with tricky magic.. Im not new with flashing and so on, but this is my new phone, I have no experience for it. By the way, when the Lollipop will be available on OTA will it also have the same problem and will brick the phone, because it cant get download mode, or that only some kind of LG update that made download mode unavailable. Please help.
