Xperia Z Network Problem topic

Hi,

I'm using Xperia Z c6603. I face a different type of problem. My phone shows all the signal bars yet I'm not able to recieve any phone calls or dial them. I replaced my sim card, yet tit didnt help. Can you guys help me out. I have also flashed my phone.
