mobile

Usually my network is showing one or two bars . And sometimes it shows a question mark. Other than the times when the my outgoing/incoming are fine , a message that reads 'no mobile network' pops up.

I use GSM , 3G (Bangladesh) . What is my best option to fix this ? A guide would help very much. TIA :)
