Unfortunately setting has stop topic

Help me please when I go to settings/app after 2sec it show unfortunately setting has stopped. .... I did factory reset. And restore my data and again same problem..... . I can even press the clear data button it is always greyed out and after it get time to calculate data.. .. It stop and I didn't get a chance to clear data... ... Help me please...
