How to stop automatic ota updates for Samsung Galaxy S4? topic

I have a Verizon Samsung Galaxy S4 and the phone automatically updated to Android 4.4.2 and now I don't have flash player. My phone hasn't been rooted yet. I want to downgrade and prevent OTA updates without my permission. How do I do that?
