[Q] verizon APN issue - no mms on wifi (stock LMY47I) topic

hey guys-
i have 5.1 stock, everything is great except no mms over wifi! i flashed all the stock images including radio.

i'm using hangouts because i have both google voice (for work) and verizon come into the same place. i've tried meddling with APN settings, but no luck.

same issue as textra and messages.

when i nandroid stock and flash over to cm12, i can send mms over wifi. WTF?

verizon guy tried telling me thats a fact of life but every other smartphone i've owned could send mms over wifi.
