[Q] LG G2 turns off at 40% battery, won't turn back on topic
My LG G2 (verizon) turns itself off and will not turn back on when the battery reaches 40% capacity (or sometimes in the 20 to 30% range). When I plug it into the charger, I am turn it on and use it again, and it indicates that the battery is not fully depleted. It also seems like the battery is depleting more quickly than usual during use (web browsing).
In short, the phone behaves like the battery is dead, while indicating that it still has a significant charge left.
Are there any tests I can run to identify the problem? Or other troubleshooting tips to resolve the issue? Thanks for your help.
