Pardon if this is a noob question, but can you turn this feature off? I tend to use my phone one handed... I'm a heavy user of the notification panel, and what I'm finding is that I typically drag from the corner due to the ergonomics of my thumb and the size of the screen.

Whenever I do this inside of an app, bam, it's minimized into split screen mode. It's happening so often I want to punch things.

So can we turn this feature off? I couldn't find a setting so without an unlocked bootloader I suspect not?


A related question... I'm curious if anyone actually uses this feature with any frequency? I used to do all the usability testing for AT&T's new phone launches and always had trouble coming up with a realistic scenario that wouldn't be better served by just switching between open apps in full screen mode (heck we have a dedicated button for this!)... But I'm only one user, curious what others think.
