[Q] Flashed a wrong ROM ... topic

Hey guiz I've flashed a wrong which was not for my canvas 4 ...
And then my phone just got dead so I flashed stock ROM using sptool then my phone started but the touchscreen is not working properly and my phone is saying invalid imei and since then I tried everything but nothing is working plz... Help me....:crying::crying::crying:
