Galaxy Tab 4 - Enter your PIN or p/w to use encrypted device memory.. topic

SOCIALIZE IT ⇨

Hey gents and ladies,

Got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 4... I'm getting a message upon boot saying: "Enter your PIN or password to use the encrypted device memory." I don't have that information, so I tried to manually reset by holding the power, home and volume buttons down. Said something like 'MDM' won't allow.. It looks like it already has some kind of Odin loaded on from an old company of some sorts. So, I'm assuming I'm going to have to run a program off my computer via USB cable to bypass this?

So what step(s) should I take to get this running as though it was fresh from factory? Thanks in advance for any help or input you can provide! :cowboy:
