Xperia Z2 Can't Enter Recovery 5.0.2 and Root. Help? topic

Hello Everyone,
I'm using Xperia Z2 with firmware 23.1.a.0.726 (D6503)
I tried hardware enter and adb but I can't enter Recovery The phone Starts normally.
I want to Root 23.1.a.0.726 what should I do ?

How Can I flash it ?
