Cannot mount encrypted data in TWRP after 5.1 update topic

Updated Nexus 7 Wifi to 5.1. Updated TWRP to latest 2.8.6.0. Now TWRP cannot mount my encrypted data folder. Is this a 5.1 issue or a TWRP issue?
