Fix inverted touch by editing the rom files topic

So my mom has this tablet for some years now(PIPO M1 MAX), seeing her struggle every day by how slow it was I though it would be nice to flash a better rom(the worst idea I had this month) ,it seems that I have some special variation and all the roms I tried had the y axis inverted(only the touch) while it was working just fine for all the other users,
I found one rom which is not .img and I have access to boot.img ,system.img etc .Is there any config file in them to edit to fix this?
I saw somewhere that I can edit the sysconfig file, but I cant find it.Where should it be?
All the other ways I found evolve editing the script.bin but for some reason uberizer cant find it.

I am totally unexperienced with roms etc... so speak to me like you would be speaking to your grandma about rom flashing.
