Volume Limited on the S6 for music? topic

So I've noticed so far that after playing music on the S6, while it sounds great... it seems the equalizer and the volume itself is... limited as opposed to my old Galaxy S3.

I'm curious to know if this is a Lolipop issue or the Galaxy S6 having a governor on it.

My S3's volume is way louder and gives more punch, while the S6 is softer and not as filling.

Any possible way to get around this?
