[Q] Xperia Z3 memory access issue. topic

Hi,
There's a problem with my Xperia Z3 that the Album can't recognize the other pictures/images except those are captured with it's internal camera, tried changing folders, rebooting, updating, reinstalling but didn't worked. The same issue is with Mx player, it's also not showing any videos in the library.I can see and access all of my files through file manager. I had android kitkat & now updated to lollipop but the problem is still present.
What to do now? Any help, suggestion, solution please.
