[Q] Sprint HTC M7 "Issue" SIM UNLOCK topic

Guys, I've looked through all over the "google master" and "YouTube Sensei" and i still can't find an answer to my dilema.

I bought a phone SPRINT HTC ONE M7.
I rooted - S Off (Via Sunshine and )
I changed CID to SUPERCID International (11111111)
I unlocked the SIM (at least that's what it said)
and changed ROM to PACMAN LOLIPOP 5.0.2 version

BUT it still doesn't read my sim (CLARO - MOVISTAR carriers out here)
I've bought several phones every year and this is my third HTC and the second HTC ONE M7
previous was verizon and works fine.

Long post short, HOW CAN I GET IT TO READ MY SIM?
when I was told to change the radio but that just killed the phone to a wont start!?.
