I have a HTC One Mini 2 (Vodaphone UK) VODAP001

Things i did:

Unlocked Bootloader using WinDroid Universal Android Toolkit v2.3
Installed TWRP using WinDroid Universal Android Toolkit v2.3
Rooted using WinDroid Universal Android Toolkit v2.3
Pushed CM12 to phone using WinDroid Universal Android Toolkit v2.3
Booted to TWRP using WinDroid Universal Android Toolkit v2.3 commands menu
Flashed CM12 using TWRP
Installed latest gapps using TWRP

However lots of apps crash (google apps, camera etc) phone is extremely sluggish at times when using browser. I am unsure if this is just because the ROM is still in development or if there is an issue with the handset (other apps crashing was the reason i wanted to flash a custom rom in the first place)

reglardless, i would like to go BACK to the stock rom that came with the phone, including HTC sense, i had a look around here and the threads are all a bit of a trainwreck with lack of info or people saying click <link> or have you tried <link> which leads you round and round in circles. I was able to find a 'complete system dump' on another thread, HTC Original Backup.zip ~1.2Gb in size which another user uploaded, however there are no detailed instructions on how to use it and after getting this far i wouldnt like to brick the phone. Any further assistance would be much appreciated.
