[Q] Failed OTA Update - Unable to Flash RUU topic

Hi All,

I have a few colleagues in the office that have experienced a similar issue with their HTC One M7's; Recovery and Fastboot are working so there is the possibility to flash Zip's etc....

I have tried flashing a few of the RUU's listed on htc1guru but i get varying issues; The latest HTC Europe RUU listed crashes at checking headers with a visible HTC_Fastboot.exe has stopped working message.

Extracting the rom.zip from any of the RUU's and flashing manually in RUU Mode produces the following:

Opening the android_info.txt everything looks fine so im not sure why there is an error there.

Anyone have any thoughts ? I have about 8 of these devices to look at.
