[Q] Can't unlock bootloader | flashtool error topic

Hi
I have a problem becouse when my m2 back from warranty i can't unlock bootloader. Flashtool say error:
07/036/2015 08:36:04 - INFO - ...
07/036/2015 08:36:04 - INFO - FAILED (remote: Command did not succeed)
07/036/2015 08:36:04 - INFO - finished. total time: 0.094s
and when i'm click second time it's says: "Bootloader unlocked" but i can't flash kernel.

i don't know why i can't, anyone could help me?
