[Q] Can't get rid of voicemail notification. topic

Hello

I have a Samsung Galaxy Young GT-S6310N, Android 4.1.2

Each time the device is turned on, a voicemail notification appears, however on calling voicemail there are no new messages. The notification will not disappear until a genuine voicemail is received and listened to, however it just re-appears again when the device is restarted.

How do I stop this happening please?
