[Q] Anyone else experience touchscreen not registering touches? topic
Device: S6 Edge Gold International Version (Bought in Hong Kong) [64GB]
Model number: SM-G9250
Android version: 5.0.2
Build number: LRX22G.G9250ZTU1AOD5
Stock (not rooted)
1. Bought the phone 9 days ago
2. Everything working just fine until a few hours ago.
3. All of a sudden, my touches started to not register on the first try.
4. It would take anywhere between 1 (if i'm lucky) to 7 tries before my touch is recognized. (average 3-4 tries)
5. I turned on "Show touches" and "Show pointer location" under the Developer options and it confirms point 4 above
6. I did a hard reboot (Power, Volume UP, and Home), cleared cache and reset to factory settings and this did not fix the problem.
7. I searched through forums and could not find anything.
8. I'm thinking this should probably be a faulty hardware issue
