Need help with a couple of things! topic

Hey guys so I got the phone I can't find a CPU temp monitoring app that works.
My battery hits about 44℃ whilst gaming and charging and my other halfs m8 runs games smoother :S
Also the battery seems to drain rapidly for example from 100% with no use its down to 60% in 4 hours and the battery usage doesn't help much biggest offender is google services this is with Wi-Fi on connected to a network and brightness on auto.
So could someone help me with why it seems to be slower and battery life and CPU temp this is all completely stock with latest firmware thanks in advanced :)
