Need to go back stock and can't remove SuperSu topic

Hi,
I'm sending tomorrow my phone for repair so I need to get it back stock. I have stock rom, root, S-ON and unlocked Bootloader.

1. How do I get rid of superSu?? SuperSu was installed through recovery. I tried Full Unroot, it doesn't work and also I tried to remove it from the /system/app folder but everytime e restart the phone the app is back.

2. How do I wipe the "Sdcard" already did a factory reset but it doesn't remove my personal files on the "Sdcard"
