N7 2013 wifi 5.1: system ui stopped, random reboots, play services battery drain topic

Since updating to 5.1 less than 48 hours ago I have had the system ui crash 3 times.

I have noticed this generally happens in the morning after the device has been left in sleep.

My device has rebooted itself 3 times since updating to 5.1 in less than 48 hours.

Google's Play Services is draining my battery it has used 23% of my battery in 13 hours....

Seems when the device GOS to sleep things continue to stay awake coz my battery can drain at least 20% while sleeping for 6 or more hours.


I cleared cache partition after update and rebooted and fully charged and drained battery 2 times since upgrading to try and help calibrate the battery.


Any suggestions and feedback would be appreciated!
