So I had issues with my last S5, and I had to get a factory refurb. When I got it, there was this weird going with the lock screen options, where I could not turn it to swipe or off. I have attached a screenshot showing what I mean. I have not encrypted the phone, nor done anything with the administrators of the device.

Does anyone know how to re-enable those options? I'd like to use an alternate lock screen and taking two gets pretty annoying.
