[Q] S4 i9505 wont turn on, firmware upgrade needed, help pls topic

Hi,
I own galaxy s4 i9505, had stock firmware i9505xxugnh7 on kitkat, then installed custom rom and after a month decided to go back to my stock firmware. since im pretty new in this world i spent a lot time on these forums, but nothing helped me. Downloaded the same firmware, then newer etc, tried to instal via odin, every time says fail., and when try to turn on the phone says firmware upgrade encountered an issue.
dont know what to do anymore. if someone with more experience can help me, step by step, would be really really grateful.. losing hope here.
