Internet Access on Nexus 7! Very urgent CASE!! topic

Our University, Lovely Professional University INDIA provides WiFi to all the students and faculty over here.!!
But as the students were using mobiles most of the time during classes!!
They just blocked internet access on android and apple smartphones!!! But Working perfectly on blackberry and windows mobiles!! :confused:

I thot they were restricting us by taking our mac address and the device info!! :D
So i just connected my blackberry to wiFi and then took its IP and MAC address and assigned to my NEXUS 7!!! :cowboy:

BUTTT!! stillll Not working!!! :crying::crying: Please.................. Do provide a solution to this!!!
