Integrate updates into system - fail topic

I cannot integrated updates into system- it says not enough space. Also recently adblock isn't updated definitions, again saying out of partition space.

I could delete apps from system totally however I do remember a OTA update fails if you have removed system apps. With Kitkat I could integrate updates into system.

Is it because lollipop is a bigger ROM and takes up more space on the reserved system partition and it doesn't have working space? Ie updating Chrome is 70MB so if it's already full..

Ideally if there was a Moto G UK 5.0.2 ROM I could go back to, that way I could delete to my hearts content and if I screw up, or a later OTA update comes along I can restore back to stock. I don't want to mess around deleting APK's without a ROM to go back to (and I don't want to downgrade as bricked one)
