Htc one not booting after factory reset due to low battery during process topic

Factory data reset my htc one during 10% charge
The phone does not boots up
Attachment sent of what im getting while it is in charge
Tried volume down power and sleep key, not working
Holding power key for long the phone vibrates but nothing else works
Not able to get recovery.... help
