[Q] Nokia XL is not resetting its factory settings topic

I am using nokia xl 059V6S5. I installed booster+, apus launcher and other apps. But since last 2 weeks my goes automatically restarting & stucks on nokia logo. When i remove the battery & insert then mobile goes boot & start. Also if i am resetting it for factory setting (Via manually & with recovery mode also) it is not resetting. I tried also nokia x flasher but it is not doing anything also when i am entering to app manager mobile goes stucks & goes turn off. I think in my mobile have something malware.
