How to restore SM t700 to stock on a Mac or with TWRP topic

I need to restore my Tab S. I installed Windows on Parallels in order to root it and have been using CM12.

Now no matter what I do Odin fails to see my Tab when in download mode so I can't use it (I've spent all day doing everything forums reccomend - swapping cables, ports, un/installing KIES, blah, blah - 'Windows sees the Tab, but Odin just does not. Heimdall on the Mac just does nothing as it needs a PIT file I don't have and can't find.

Isn't there a way to restore stock firmware with TWRP? Or a rooted near stock ROM that I can unroot?

Any help would be much appreciated.
