Bootloop after bad build.prop file! topic

Hi, yesterday I've restore a build.prop backup from my sdcard, but i think that it not has right permissions, so now it stuck in a bootloop. I've tried to connect it to the PC and use ADB in order to put new file or modify permission, but it say: "Device not found".
How can I do?
P.S. I've root permission if it can be useful
