hi i just backed up my oxygen os from twrp recovery to move to cm 12 s and when try to copy the file from phone to pcmy phone is not showing the file and so i checked it in the internal storage it is showing 0 kb which i think is about 13 gb so i went back to twrp i was able to restore the file but showing the file like other backups so please help me how can i copy that file to my pc or else to delete to save my internal stroage the file name is oxygen total which should be around 13 gb in the second screen you can see i am unable to move it or delete it
