Wallpaper moving around? topic

Hey guys, i have a really annoying issue on my Galaxy S6. If i set a custom wallpaper, you can see the Wallpaper move around a few pixels sometimes. It really annoys me, i couldn't find any setting to disable this "effect". The default wallpapers don't have this issue, only if i set a custom one.

Does anyone have an idea on how to disable this ? It makes me crazy :D
