Here's a theme for the quick settings toggles in the notification panel.

I thought the grey color toggles with the yellow icons was just flat out ugly. So I made a theme to combat that.

It also fixes the battery, torch, camera and tweaks toggle to look more uniform.

Credit goes to @sbreen for an awesome ROM, and all of the guys on the Villain ROM Team for their amazing script to install themes without decompiling/compiling apks.

I used Wanam to achieve the background color, as I didn't feel like searching for the correct files to change the color (I know...I'm lazy).

The color code to match is #00bcd4.
