Original ROM android 4.4.2 for our TCL S720/T.
This guide taken from Needrom TCL ROM page
i'm just sharing this with TCL user on XDA. Cheers
Warning : Do it at your own risk. I will not responsible for any brick devices, nuclear war happen right after you flash this ROM.

BACKUP BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING!
PUT IT IN YOUR COMPUTER AND NOT IN YOUR PHONE.

What you need :
1. Custom Recovery (TWRP,CWM)
2.KitKAt Rom, Modem File and GApps

Downloads:
1. ROM KitKat
2. Modem
3. Gapps

Follow these steps to install it:
1- Install the rom with flash tools.
2- Root it (Vroot).
3- With an root explorer go to /system and open "build.prop" file to edit it. Search and change the following lines:
ro.product.model=TCL S720
ro.product.name=TCL S720
ro.product.device=Cross55

Then save changes and reeboot. (Make you sure you have saved the changes).

3- Install Mobile Uncle Tools.
4- Install the cwm recovery (or the trwp).
5- Flash the modem.
6- Flash the Gapps.
7- Enjoy you Android 4.4.2 KitKat
