Stuck, need newest RUU topic

I screwed up somehow, I got htcdev unlock, rooted, installed recovery. Flashed a rom and the boot.img to go with it, and now no matter what rom I try it gets to the lockscreen then when I unlock it, it just gives me a blank HTC logo. SuperCID won't stick and none of the s-offs work, and none of the RUU's work because I'm on T-MOUS 3.14.531.19 and I can't find anything higher than .17

Can anyone help me?
