I have been searching for the last 2 days for information on how to network unlock my phone seeing as how the local "flashing" store can not unlock my phone.

My phone has been rooted and uses the CWM recovery mod.

Brand: Samsung
Model: SCH-R890
Build: KOT49H.R890TYUBNK1
Hardware Version: R890.02
Android Version: 4.4.2

I have tried using the "dialer code" method, and none of them pull any kind of menu up, even the basic "dialer code" to show the IMEI number works, I have read that it only works with version 4.2.2, and I have checked samsung-updates, and sammobile and neither of them offer firmware for 4.2.2 only 4.4.2 which leaves me in the same boat.

The phone does not have any custom rom and was bought brand new from US Cellular.

I DO NOT meet the eligibility of US Cellular to receive the proper unlock code from them, so that leaves me no where else to turn.

I have spent hours searching forums, and have found countless threads about other Galaxy S4 Mini models other than what I have.

I am looking for any and all suggestions that I have not already explored as I am growing irritated looking amongst everything with no hints or clues as to what I need to look for.

If anyone could be of some assistance it would be greatly appreciated.
