[Q] Somebody want to help me porting Sense 6/7 topic

I recently got my Z2 back from repair and somehow I was allowed unlock the bootloader bit coming from an S3 the forum is just full of ROM Ports and different UIs. I heard it is easy to port a ROM you just have to get a base ROM, delete 3 folders and copy them folders over from the other ROM but as with most things in the Android world it can't be that easy. I'd love for someone to help me with this port as I have no coding experience. Thank you
